1. Who provides the service
FastIdea (the “Service”) is provided by BoopStudio di Francois Lampasona, Via Giacomo Matteotti 56, 91018 Salemi (TP), Sicily, Italy. Creating an account requires acceptance of these terms. Simply browsing the website does not constitute consent to processing for additional purposes.
2. What the Service does
FastIdea lets you record ideas, organise them with tasks and attachments and, if you choose to create an account, sync them across your devices and share them with other people in shared workspaces.
The application also works without an account: in that case, content stays on your device. Technical connections for updates and diagnostics are described in the privacy notice.
3. Account
- You must provide a valid email address and are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
- The Service is not intended for children under 16, except with the consent of the person holding parental responsibility where provided by applicable law.
- You can close your account at any time; data deletion is described in the privacy notice .
4. Your content stays yours
You retain all rights to the ideas, text and files you upload. You grant us only the technical licence needed to store them, sync them across your devices and display them to the people you choose to share them with.
We do not use your content to train models or sell it. Technical providers process it to the extent necessary for the service, as described in the privacy notice.
5. Acceptable use
By using the Service, you agree not to:
- upload unlawful or defamatory content, or content that infringes others’ rights;
- attempt to access other users’ data, bypass authorisation controls or interfere with the operation of the systems;
- use the Service to send unsolicited communications or run automated activities that undermine its stability.
In the event of a violation, we may suspend access and notify you where technically and legally possible.
6. Availability and changes
The Service is free and provided “as is”. We work to keep it running, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue individual features: if a change is substantial, we will give reasonable advance notice and allow you to export your content before it takes effect.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damage or loss of content caused by circumstances not attributable to us. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
We recommend keeping a copy of content that matters to you: the Service allows you to export it at any time.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes involving consumers fall within the courts of the consumer’s residence or domicile where mandatorily required; in other cases, ordinary statutory jurisdiction rules apply.
